Honey Bear

Honey Bear is an Earth pony from Loggers' Hearth. She sells sweaters and other clothes, sewn by hoof, at the biweekly market.

Appearance

Honey Bear is a larger than average Earth pony, tall and slightly chubby. Her coat is reddish-brown with lighter brown markings: short socks on her forelegs, long socks on her hindlegs, and a flower shape over her left eye. Her nose is slightly darker brown. Her hooves are dark brown. She has several scars on her body, in no particular location, except the star-shaped scar on her chest which is mandatory.

Her mane is blonde, long, and curly, with a few orange swirls. She has very fluffy bangs that almost cover her eyes, and a pink bandana that holds back the rest of her mane. Her tail is very fluffy and reaches her ankles. She wears gold heart-shaped stud earrings.

She has kind but tired eyes with creases beneath them. Her face is round. Most of the time, she wears clothes she made herself. Her usual outfit is an overall dress with a striped sweater beneath it. She is usually smoking a pipe.

Her Cutiemark is a teddy bear face and a pink heart, with white stitches and a dotted heart beside them.

Her ankle heart is dark brown.

Personality

Honey Bear likes to have fun, which in the forest means she has to entertain herself most of the time. She likes music and dancing, and she knows a little bit of piano. She spends time baking, even though she's not very good at it.

She's very sweet, but teases Bear Claw relentlessly because she thinks his annoyed reactions are cute. She shows affection through gifts, he has a mountain of sweaters and scarves to prove it.

Biography

Honey Bear is from Loggers' Hearth, but finds it somewhat stifling. She appreciates the opportunity to sell at the market and be able to talk to other ponies. But the quiet days at home alone were tough. Once she met Bear Claw, she immediately fell in love with him. His awkwardness around other ponies was too cute, and he clearly liked her back but couldn't say it. She took the initiative, and eventually they got married. She wants to start a family someday.

Notable relationships

• Bear Claw: Her husband. He's hard on the outside with a soft center only she knows how to reach. She loves him more than anything.
