Emperor Divine Wind

Divine Wind is the Emperor of the Cloud Empire. Emperorship is not hereditary; Divine Wind was previously a well-respected general, before he was chosen by the sitting Emperor to succeed him.

Appearance

Divine Wind is a tall, older Pegasus with a white coat with grey-blue markings: gradients on his legs, an 8-pointed star on his forehead, and dark circles under his eyes. His wings are very large and sharply shaped, indicative of a soarer. He has a small beard, and extra fluff on his elbows.

His mane is blue with lighter blue stripes, with sparkles. Its short on top with long wavy bangs. His tail is medium-long and wavy.

He usually has a stern expression with furrowed brow, but around some ponies he softens up. He wears a silver crown with red, green, and white gems.

His Cutiemark is a sparkly blue star with a ring around it.

His ankle heart is dark blue.

Personality

Emperor Divine Wind has a reputation for being personable and loving his country, while also being a highly decorated warrior. Over the years, he's become a little grumpier, but really opens up to some ponies once they get to know him.

He is a loving husband to Summer Breeze, and together they represent the ideal Soarer and Songbird relationship.
